  • 45 minutes- $105 It's tune up time! If you have seen your massage therapist on an ongoing basis, and are seeking care for a bothersome area, 45 minutes is perfect!

    60 minutes- $125 Our most popular choice! This is recommended for first time patients to our clinic. Our massage therapists will go over a health history intake, assess, give treatment, and send you home with suggestions during this hour.

    This is a great amount of time to address 1-2 affected areas, or conditions that you may seek help for. This is also a great amount of time for a general, full body treatment.

    75 minutes -$145 Need a little extra time? Maybe it takes you a bit longer to become present during your treatment. Or, maybe you have an area or two (or three!) that has been bothering your for a while now. 75 minutes is a great choice for those needing a little extra care.

    90 minutes - $185 90 minutes is the ultimate treat-ment! This is grand self care time for you to address your treatment goals. This is also ideal for clients who need extra time after their massage to go over home care stretches and exercises to help you recover from injury, or from ongoing dysfunction in the body.

  • Massage Therapy is safe and effective during any trimester of your pregnancy. We have a specialized pillow that you can safely lie face down for your treatment that is truly divine. You may also be treated in sidelying for additional comfort as your pregnancy progresses.
